is not only an important base to promote the implementation and transformation of excellent scientific research achievements of Wenzhou University, but also an important scientific innovation platform to serve the optimization and upgrading of intelligent locks and related industries in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province and even the whole country.

Relying on the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Wenzhou University, the Institute focuses on the research and development of intelligent lock and its related fields, such as integrated circuits, biometric identification, Internet of Things and cloud platform, intelligent manufacturing, etc. A group of special professors including "Changjiang Scholars" of the Ministry of Education, Scientific and technological innovation teams including winners of "National Outstanding Youth Fund", national candidates of "Ten Million Talents Project", national young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, Zhejiang Thousand Talents Plan, young and middle-aged academic leaders in universities of Zhejiang Province, etc.

And with lock enterprises such as VOC, Zhong Zheng and InTE, we have declared three major municipal research projects, namely NB-IoT based optical box intelligent lock system, multi-scale low power face recognition intelligent lock key technology research and development, and security intelligent lock research based on Internet of Things authentication negotiation mechanism.

Among them, low power face recognition intelligent lock system has been applied by two enterprises, Weiosi and Inte. The first batch of production is about 4,500 sets.
